I met Phil when I was enquiring about another house that was for sale. Though I didn’t end up buying that house, he asked the criterias I am looking for, gave me lots of good advices/suggestions as I was not sure what I am entitiled to and finally found me the perfect one. He never quit until he found the one I really like.

The whole process was new for me and my husband. However, Phil was very patient and very understanding. He went through all paperwork with us again and again and he himself makes sure everything is checked. He did all the hard work. He answered all questions within an hour (Sometimes, I couldn’t even reply a day later after he answered my questions). You can be very sure that all questions will be answered.

Phil also prompted me to do essential things without being asked. Being the first home buyers, we really did not know what questions we should be asking and Phil knew it very well. Never took any advantage of us and we managed to save a lot of money by his good recommendations and efforts on household appliances. Whenever I needed help with anything (I mean anything at all) I know I could rely on Phil. Even after whole process’s finished, he checked in now and then to make sure we are settling well. What made you decide to buy your home in Hervey Bay?

I grew up in the city and it was always so crowded, busy and polluted. I visited Hervey Bay around 15 times before deciding I wanted to live here and fell in love with multiple things. The beach and it not being too crowded, kind and relaxed people, good school choices for my daughter, having enough places to shop but it not being over the top and it having an overall relaxing atmosphere.
